  1. Lot LOT-0001: Digitalisierung Rahmenvereinbarung Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin - Los 1 (Bestand Zeitschriften, Monografien)

    Das Vergabeverfahren umfasst zwei Lose: Digitalisierung von Monografien und Zeitschriften aus dem Bestand der SBB (Los 1: SPK-2026-00007) und Digitalisierung von Monografien und Zeitschriften für den Bestand des DFG-geförderten Projektes Koloniale Kontexte (Los 2: SPK-2026-00052). Leistungsgegenstand ist das frist- und ordnungsgemäße objektschonende Scannen von Monografien und Zeitschriften aus dem Bestand der SBB. Die Leistung umfasst das Erzeugen von Bilddateien sowie das Erzeugen von Strukturdaten und Paginierung für das Workflowmanagementsystem Kitodo.Production. Die Leistung erfolgt chargenweise vierwöchentlich mit Abholung bei verschiedenen Standorten der SBB, Bearbeitung beim AN und Rücklieferung der Bestände. Die Dauer der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 4 Jahre. Für die beabsichtigte Gesamtlaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung inklusive Verlängerungsoptionen ergibt sich ein kalkuliertes maximales Auftragsvolumen von 62.400 Bänden mit durchschnittlich 250 Seiten = 15.600.000 Seiten.
