  1. Lot LOT-0001: Digitalisierung Rahmenvereinbarung Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin - Los 2 (Bestand Koloniale Kontexte)

    Das Vergabeverfahren umfasst zwei Lose: Digitalisierung von Monografien und Zeitschriften aus dem Bestand der SBB (Los 1) und Digitalisierung von Monografien und Zeitschriften für den Bestand des DFG-geförderten Projektes Koloniale Kontexte (Los 2). Leistungsgegenstand ist das frist- und ordnungsgemäße objektschonende Scannen von Monografien und Zeitschriften für den Bestand des DFG-geförderten Projekts Koloniale Kontexte. Die Leistung umfasst das Erzeugen von Bilddateien sowie das Erzeugen von Strukturdaten und Paginierung für das Workflow-managementsystem Kitodo.Production. Die Leistung erfolgt chargenweise vierwöchentlich mit Abholung bei SBB, Bearbeitung beim AN und Rücklieferung der Bestände. Die Dauer des Projektes beträgt 2,5 Jahre mit der Option, einmal um 1 Jahr zu verlängern. Für die beabsichtigte Gesamtlaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung inklusive Verlängerungsoption ergibt sich ein kalkulatorisches Auftragsvolumen von 11.000 Bänden mit durchschnittlich 250 Seiten = 2.750.000 Seiten.
