    Deinstallation, Verlagerung an einen neuen Aufstellort, Wiederinstallation, den Wiederanschluss (Re-Hook-up), die Inbetriebnahme, Kalibrierung und Leistungsabnahme eines vorhandenen DualBeam-FIB-SEM/FIB-REM-Systems (Focused Ion Beam - Scanning Electron Microscope), Hersteller TESCAN GmbH, Modell GAIA3 GMH beziehungsweise GAIA3GMH, Erstinstallation 2018. Einbezogen sind die vorhandenen Systemkomponenten, insbesondere Kleindiek-Mikromanipulator, Oxford-EDX-Detektor und TOFWERK-TOF-SIMS. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören außerdem Standort- und Raummessungen hinsichtlich Bodenschwingungen, akustischer Einflüsse sowie magnetischer und elektromagnetischer Störfelder. Soweit erforderlich, sind geeignete technische Entstörungs- und Kompensationsmaßnahmen zu planen und umzusetzen. Nach der Wiederinstallation sind die technische Integrität und die bisherige Geräteleistung durch dokumentierte Funktions-, Vakuum-, Auflösungs-, Kalibrierungs- und Performanceprüfungen einschließlich Site Acceptance Test nachzuweisen.
