Die Felsenland Südeifel Tourismus GmbH errichtet gemeinsam mit vier Projektpartnern (TOURISTIK GmbH Gerolsteiner Land, Zweckverband Feriengebiet Bitburger Land, Verbandsgemeinde Prüm / Tourist-Information Prümer Land, Verbandsgemeinde Arzfeld / Tourist-Information Islek) im Rahmen des Projekts "Virtuelle Tourist-Information - KI-basierte Gästeberatung" eine flächendeckende, 24/7 verfügbare, mehrsprachige und barrierefreie touristische Informations- und Beratungsinfrastruktur in der Südeifel und im Gerolsteiner Land. Das Vorhaben wird aus Mitteln des EFRE Rheinland-Pfalz 2021-2027 (Öffentliche Tourismusinfrastruktur - Tourismus 4.0) gefördert. Gegenstand dieser Bekanntmachung ist Los 1 - Hardware: die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von 18 digitalen Informationskiosken und Touchscreen-Monitoren an 18 Standorten in der Region sowie der zugehörige Wartungs- und Monitoring-Service bis zum 31.12.2038. Die Lose 2 (Digitale Service-Plattform - CMS und Ausspielsysteme) und 3 (KI-Beratungssystem) werden gesondert ausgeschrieben. Bietergemeinschaften aus Hardware-Herstellern und Software-/KI-Entwicklern sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.

Los 1 - Hardware (Digitale Kioske und Monitore) - Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung Zu liefern, zu montieren und in Betrieb zu nehmen sind insgesamt 18 Einheiten: - 12 Outdoor-Informationsstelen (mind. 55", IP 65 / IK 10, freistehend, Hochformat) - 3 Indoor-Informationsstelen (mind. 49", freistehend, Hochformat) - 2 Outdoor-Touchscreen-Monitore (mind. 49", IP 65, Wandmontage) - 1 Indoor-Touchscreen-Monitor (mind. 49", Wandmontage) Alle Geräte sind für den 24/7-Dauerbetrieb auszulegen und müssen kapazitiven Multitouch (mind. 10 Punkte), die Ausspielung mehrsprachiger Inhalte (DE, EN, NL, FR) sowie eine WCAG 2.2 Level AA-konforme Darstellung (BFSG) unterstützen. Die Displays müssen eine mittlere Lebensdauer von mindestens 60.000 Betriebsstunden aufweisen; Einzelkomponenten (Display, PC, Netzteil, Lüfter) müssen einzeln austauschbar sein. Die Ersatzteilversorgung ist für mindestens 10 Jahre zu bestätigen. Die Outdoor-Geräte sind mit einem Mikrofon-Array mit Beamforming, hardwareseitiger Echo-Cancellation und wetterfesten, vandalismusgeschützten Lautsprechern auszustatten, da über die Geräte eine sprachgesteuerte KI-Beratung ausgespielt wird. Sensible Komponenten (PC-/Medienrechner) müssen im Gefahrenfall (z. B. Hochwasserwarnung) kurzfristig demontiert, gesichert und wieder eingesetzt werden können. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst ferner die technische Inbetriebnahme vor Ort (Netzwerkkonfiguration, Displayeinstellungen, Fernwartungszugang, Abnahmeprotokoll) sowie ein Basis-Monitoring einschließlich Fernwartung und Always-On-Service bis zum 31.12.2038 (24/7-Überwachung des Gerätestatus, automatische Statusbenachrichtigungen, Remote-Diagnose und -Neustart, Einspielen sicherheitsrelevanter Updates, Nutzungsstatistik, GSM-Modul je Outdoor-Stele für den internetunabhängigen Neustart). Bauliche Maßnahmen (Fundament, Stromanschluss, Kabelverlegung, Internetanbindung) werden durch den Auftraggeber bzw. die Standortverantwortlichen erbracht und sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Loses. Die Hardware bildet die physische Grundlage für die Ausspielung der Inhalte aus Los 2 (Digitale Service-Plattform) und des KI-Beratungssystems aus Los 3. Die Leistungen sind mit den Auftragnehmern der Lose 2 und 3 abzustimmen; die übergreifende Servicelevel-Vereinbarung (Meta-SLA) ist verbindlich.
